Is there a minimum contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel at any time with no penalties. I'm confident the results will speak for themselves.
Which plan is right for me?
If you train at home or travel frequently, Anywhere is the most affordable way to get started. If you have gym access and want a structured base, Foundation is the next step. For comprehensive coaching with nutrition, form reviews, and direct messaging support, Hybrid is the best fit for most people.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. If your circumstances change — new gym, more time, less equipment — we adjust your programme and plan accordingly from the next billing cycle.
What happens during the free consultation?
We have a proper conversation about your training history, goals, available time, and equipment. I'll recommend the right programme and explain exactly what to expect. No sales pitch, no pressure.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
These plans are online coaching. If you're based in the North West and interested in face-to-face sessions, get in touch and we can discuss options.
